Glow in the Dark colors are luminous. Just as their name indicates they will glow in the dark for many hours. They are energized by exposure to sunlight.
We reported that a priest in Papua, New Guinea had been the grateful recipient of over 600 rosaries hand made and donated by Judy. As of October 2004 she has hand made and mailed more than 6,000 rosaries to different missionaries. The glow in the dark beads continue to bring a smile to children growing up without electricity. At first the glow in the dark beads were thought to have magic powers. In Uganda, Africa parents report their children are trying to read in the dark by the light from the beads. Many thanks to Judy for her spirit, joy and generous donation of time and talent.
The code Gxxxx (where xxxx is the color number) is formed by the letter "G", followed by a four digit number from the list in the table below.e.g. The glow in the dark color Pink is represented by the letter G plus the color number 1050 or "G1050." ***Note that we have added to this list the color N4037 Glow In Dark which glows white and has the brightest glow of all these beads. |
