MINIMUM ORDER:

$500.00 BULK CASE ORDERS or

$150.00 " A " PACKAGE and/or " Q " PACKAGE ORDERS

TERMS:

2% TEN DAYS NET 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE.
NO DISCOUNT ON FREIGHT.
CASH ONLY UNTIL CREDIT IS ESTABLISHED.

FREIGHT:

FOB Bloomfield CT

DAMAGED GOODS:

If shipment arrives with boxes missing or damaged, note so on bill of lading.
Do not refuse shipment. Contact carrier and request an inspection.

SHORTAGES:

Claims for concealed shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

RETURNS:

We only accept returns shipped by our error or having manufactured defects.
Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:

Quality Bead Craft Inc. makes no warranty of any kind expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability for any purpose. Buyer assumes all risk and liability for results obtained by the use of these products whether singly or in combination with other products. The price paid for merchandise shall be our maximum limit of liability. Seller releases, holds harmless and agrees to indemnify Quality Bead Craft Inc. from and against any and all other liabilities and claims, including consequential damages.
